In addition to these Terms of Use, all services provided by Virtual AID are subject to a separate Client Service Agreement. This agreement will outline the specific service details, including:

For tax lien collection services, a minimum service term of two (2) months applies. Both Virtual AID and the client have the right to terminate the service agreement at the end of the two-month period with written notice.

3.2 Termination Process

To terminate the service agreement after the initial two-month period, written notice must be provided to Virtual AID at least [Number] days before the next billing cycle.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

5. Dispute Resolution
